Getting Here

By Train: We're a 10-minute walk from Leeds City Station. Exit via the City Square entrance and head along Wellington Street.

By Bus: Multiple bus routes stop at City Square and the Bus Station, both within walking distance.

By Car: Several NCP car parks are nearby, including Wellington Street and Whitehall Road. Weekend parking is often easier to find.

Accessibility: Our venue has step-free access, accessible toilets, and a lift to all floors. Please let us know of any specific requirements when booking.

How do I book a place on a programme?

You can book through our website using the enrolment form on the homepage, or send us an email with your child's age and preferred programme. We'll confirm availability and send payment details.

Do you offer trial sessions?

We don't offer individual trial sessions, but you're welcome to book a free 15-minute consultation call to discuss whether our programmes are right for your child.

What happens if a session is cancelled?

If we need to cancel a session (due to weather, illness, etc.), we'll offer a makeup session or pro-rata refund. We've only cancelled twice in six years.

Can parents observe sessions?

We find children participate more freely without parents present, but you're welcome to observe the first 15 minutes of the first session if helpful.

Do you work with children who have additional needs?

Yes—please discuss your child's needs when booking so we can ensure appropriate support. Our facilitators have experience with a range of learning differences.
