Programme Enrolment Terms

Booking and Payment

• Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment
• Prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include all materials unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time, though confirmed bookings will be honoured at the quoted price

Cancellations and Refunds

• Full refunds are available if you notify us before the second session of any programme
• After the second session, we offer credit toward future programmes rather than refunds
• If we cancel a programme, you will receive a full refund
• Missed sessions due to illness or personal reasons cannot be refunded, but catch-up materials will be provided

Attendance and Behaviour

• Children are expected to attend all sessions of their enrolled programme
• Parents/guardians are responsible for drop-off and collection at scheduled times
• We reserve the right to exclude any participant whose behaviour disrupts the learning of others, with partial refunds at our discretion

Safeguarding

We take the safeguarding of children seriously. All our staff have undergone enhanced DBS checks and safeguarding training. We follow established safeguarding procedures and will report any concerns to appropriate authorities as required by law.

Photography and Recording

We may photograph or record sessions for promotional purposes. We will always obtain consent before using any images featuring children. You may opt out of photography at any time by notifying us in writing.
