Frequently Asked Questions

What if my child misses a session?

We provide catch-up materials for any missed sessions. For extended absences, we can arrange one-to-one catch-up sessions at a reduced rate.

Can I get a refund if the programme isn't right for us?

Full refunds are available if you notify us before the second session. After that, we offer credit toward future programmes.

My child is shy. Will they be okay in a group?

Our facilitators are experienced at drawing out quieter participants. Many activities are collaborative rather than competitive, reducing pressure. Most shy children become comfortable by session two.

Do you offer sibling discounts?

Yes—10% off the second child's programme fee when siblings enrol together.

Where are sessions held?

Our main venue is in Leeds city centre, easily accessible by public transport with nearby parking. The exact address is sent upon booking confirmation.
